The Lunch Box is a bright orange trailer serving home-made burgers, twice-fried French fries, pulled pork and elk sandwiches and many other tasty bites to satisfy your hunger. Chef Pete Viet and I have partnered up to serve humble food to humble folk through the side windows of a custom-fitted trailer. Located on Bank Street South, south of Huntclub and North of Conroy we are open to serve freshly prepared foods six-days a week from 11 – 7:00 (depending on weather and we are closed Mondays)

I’m new at the web site and need to send a huge thank you to Maureen Googoo – the most amazing woman who designed and built my site for me. The graphics are the creation of my very talented daughter Siobhan Hilsden. To find either of these two very creative folks drop me a line and I will pass their contact information on to you.
